Courcelles, a place of synergy and encounters

In her Parisian showroom located on Avenue de Courcelles, Charlotte Biltgen cultivates eclecticism, encounters, and synergy between various forms of creativity. As an interior architect and designer, she established her offices in 2021 in a beautiful Haussmannian apartment that she redesigned to reflect her style, just steps away from Parc Monceau. She welcomes clients, partners, and creators by appointment in a warm and contemporary lounge area surrounded by a selection of furniture pieces she designed and art objects.

Charlotte de Biltgen likes to blend her own creations with those of designers and artists who share her sensibility. She thrives on collaborations with artisans, each with their unique approach to materials, shapes, and space, serving as an endless source of inspiration and prompting her to constantly reinvent herself. For her, everything is about encounters. It is through these encounters that her space changes its ambiance and offers new discoveries.

As a result of her encounter with Anne-Sophie Latil, she took pleasure in exhibiting “Flow” by Martin Berger, the mirror “Delphine” by Kiko Lopez, the sculpture “Landscape” by Nadège Mouyssinat, and the architectural embroideries from the MTX studio of Chanel.

Some discoveries evolve into collaborations: the “lumé” floor lamp, a totem sculpture embroidered with boxwood beads by Maison 1909, created in collaboration with Collection Latil and available in limited edition, is proof of this. Similarly, the “Collection Terra” of carpets, designed in collaboration with Atelier Tortil and inspired by the Japanese art of raku, is another example. Following the exhibition of a selection of creations from Alain Ellouz’s workshop, a collaboration emerged around a piece of furniture designed by Charlotte de Biltgen: the Monceau table, with feminine curves and natural materials, adorned with an alabaster top by the workshop.
